Shipping Policy
We ship all orders within Australia via Australia Post with free standard shipping available for orders over $99 and a $12.95 flat-rate standard shipping applies on orders under $99.
Express shipping available for $15.95 flat rate.
Some products, such as perfumes, are classified as dangerous goods for air freight and therefore cannot be shipped via Express services. This includes Express deliveries within the same state.
PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers are accepted.
Dispatch & Tracking
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days.
Once dispatched a tracking number will be emailed to the address provided for the order.
Dispatch and delivery times vary depending on your location.
During busy periods such as sales events and holiday periods, dispatch and delivery may take a little longer.
Please note that once a parcel has been handed over to Australia Post, any delivery delays are outside of our control.
Delivery Method
Orders are delivered with Authority to Leave by default and may be left in a safe place at the delivery address without requiring a signature.
Please ensure your delivery address is secure, as MOR Boutique is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
Missed Deliveries & Returns to Sender
MOR is not responsible for missed deliveries, non-deliveries, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect delivery details provided to us.
If you miss a delivery, Australia Post will usually take your parcel to the closest post office or depot for collection. If the parcel isn’t collected within their holding period (typically 10 business days), it will be returned to us.
Once Australia Post has initiated the return to sender process it is not possible to redeliver the same consignment. In the event that an order is returned to us, a refund will be provided with shipping costs deducted.
If you reach out to arrange the order to be resent, additional shipping fees may apply.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship within Australia and the United States only. At this time, we are unable to offer shipping to other international destinations via the Australian website.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING
MOR Boutique ships directly to the United States via Australia Post International Standard service.
All orders are dispatched from our Melbourne, Australia warehouse and includes tracking for your peace of mind.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (AEST/AEDT), excluding Australian public holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated based on the total weight and will be shown once an address is entered at checkout before payment.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival.
These charges are determined by US Customs and Border Protection and are the responsibility of the recipient.
MOR Boutique cannot estimate or cover these fees.
If an order is refused due to customs charges, it will be returned to us. Any refund will exclude original shipping and handling costs.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products are classified as dangerous goods for the purpose of Air Freight, such as perfumes, and cannot be air freighted under Australia Post regulations.
Orders containing restricted items will be cancelled and refunded.
Tracking & Delivery
Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only, and MOR is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
MOR is not responsible for missed deliveries, non-deliveries, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided at checkout.
Once a parcel is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, MOR Boutique is not liable for any lost or stolen packages.
Returns on US Orders
All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to “change of mind”. For more information, please refer to our Returns Policy
To report a damaged or incorrect item, please contact info@mor.com.au within 10 business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. Only refunds will be offer for any damaged or incorrect item for US orders.
