Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping is available for all orders over $80. For orders under $80, a flat shipping rate of $12.95 applies.

Only Standard Post with Signature Required via Australia Post is currently available for shipping. Parcel lockers and PO Boxes are accepted.

Our team aims to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 2 business days from the time you place your order for dispatch.

Estimated delivery times from dispatch will vary depending on your location.

Please note that during peak sales periods and holiday seasons, there may be delays in both dispatch and delivery times. We appreciate your understanding.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship internationally for orders placed on the Australian website.

Express Shipping Terms & Conditions

Express Shipping is fulfilled via Australia Post Express Post service.

Estimated delivery times are from the date of dispatch, not from the date of order.

Delivery times apply to metro areas only and are provided as a guide only. These timeframes are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors outside of MOR Boutique’s control, including carrier delays, peak periods, or unforeseen circumstances.

Estimated Delivery Times (Metro areas):

VIC Metro: 1–2 business days

NSW Metro, ACT Metro: 2–3 business days

QLD Metro: 2–3 business days

SA Metro: 2–3 business days

TAS Metro: 2–4 business days

Orders placed on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

MOR Boutique is not liable for any delays once orders are handed to Australia Post.

MOR Boutique now ships directly to the United States via Australia Post International Standard service.
All orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse and include tracking for your peace of mind.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (AEST), excluding Australian public holidays.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or customs clearance.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
  • Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival.
  • These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • MOR Boutique cannot estimate or cover these fees.
  • If an order is refused due to customs charges, it will be returned to us. Any refund (if applicable) will exclude original shipping and handling costs.
Shipping Restrictions
Please note:
  • Products containing alcohol (such as perfumes) cannot be shipped internationally under Australia Post regulations.
  • Only eligible non-restricted items are available for international checkout.
  • Orders containing restricted items will be cancelled and refunded.
Tracking & Delivery
  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
  • MOR Boutique is not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or other events beyond our control.
  • Once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, MOR Boutique is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
Returns on U.S. Orders
  • All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product arrives damaged or faulty.
  • To report a damaged or incorrect item, please contact info@morboutique.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product.
