MOR Rewards Program – Terms & Conditions

 

These Terms & Conditions apply to the MOR Loyalty Program (“Program”) available at morboutique.com, operated by MOR Boutique (“MOR”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By joining or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About the MOR Loyalty Program

The MOR Rewards Program allows eligible customers to earn points on qualifying purchases and actions, and redeem those points for rewards, subject to availability and these Terms & Conditions.

Participation in the Program is free.

 

2. Eligibility & Membership

• To join, customers must create an account on morboutique.com

• Only one MOR Rewards account is permitted per person

• MOR reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

 

3. Earning Points

Members can earn points in the following ways (subject to change):

• Spend $1 = 1 point (excluding shipping, taxes, and excluded promotions)

• Create an account = 50 points

• Subscribe to the MOR mailing list = 50 points

• Birthday reward = 50 points

• Leave a product review = 50 points

• Follow MOR on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok = 20 points each

• Complete your profile = 20 points

• Refer a friend = 50 points (awarded once referral requirements are met)

Points are not transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

4. Redeeming Points

Points may be redeemed via your Rewards Dashboard for available rewards, including:

• Free Shipping Coupon – 70 points

• $5 Voucher – 120 points

• $10 Voucher – 240 points

• $20 Voucher – 480 points

• $40 Voucher – 960 points

Available rewards and point thresholds may change at any time.

 

5. Reward Redemption Conditions

• You must be subscribed to the MOR Rewards Program to redeem points and rewards.

• Only one voucher may be redeemed per order unless otherwise stated.

• Rewards cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

• Vouchers must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively.

• Rewards are not valid on gift cards and are non-refundable.

 

6. Points Expiry

Points do not expire as long as your MOR Rewards account remains active. MOR reserves the right to expire points where an account has been inactive for an extended period or if the Program is discontinued.

 

7. MOR Rewards Tiers

Tier status is based on annual spend at morboutique.com:

• Bloom – Free to join

• Flourish – Spend $300+ per year

• Glow – Spend $500+ per year

Tier status is reviewed periodically and may change based on your spending activity.

 

8. Tier Benefits

Tier benefits may include:

• Bloom: $5 welcome voucher, exclusive sale access, free shipping on orders $70+ (cannot be combined with other offers)

• Flourish: $10 tier reward voucher, exclusive sale access, first access to new collections, free shipping on orders $70+ (can be combined with other offers)

• Glow: $15 tier reward voucher, exclusive sale access, first access to new collections, double points days, free shipping on orders $60+ (can be combined with other offers)

Tier rewards are bonus benefits and are separate from points redemption.

 

9. Referrals

Referral points are awarded once the referred customer completes the required referral action. MOR reserves the right to withhold or remove referral rewards if misuse or fraudulent behaviour is detected.

 

10. Changes to the Program

MOR Boutique may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the MOR Rewards Program (including points, rewards, or tiers) at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect once published on morboutique.com.

 

11. Misuse of the Program

Any abuse, manipulation, or misuse of the MOR Rewards Program (including multiple accounts or fraudulent activity) may result in the forfeiture of points, rewards, or termination of membership.

 

12. Privacy

Personal information collected as part of the MOR Rewards Program is handled in accordance with MOR Boutique’s Privacy Policy.
