Return Policy

All sales are considered to be final. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for “change of mind”. ‘Change of Mind’ refers to reasons outside of MOR’s direct control, including but not limited to:

·      The product does not suite personal preference

·      The wrong item was selected at check out

·      Product was purchased and is no longer required

·      The product was purchased by mistake at no fault of MOR

Returns, exchanges or refunds can only be made for products purchased directly from our website. We do not accept requests for returns, exchanges or refunds for products purchased through third party stockists, please reach out to them directly for any concerns.

Please note only refunds are provided as a remedy for customers purchasing from MOR outside of Australia.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS ON DELIVERY

If a product arrives damaged or you have received the wrong product, you are entitled to an exchange or refund if you lodge the issue with our customer service team.

Please contact our customer service team at info@mor.com.au and include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly and provide any relevant photos or screenshots.

We will verify whether you are entitled to an exchange or refund and provide instructions accordingly.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

You may be entitled to an exchange or refund in the event where the product is faulty. Our team review these claims on a case-by-case basis, we ask you provide some form of proof of purchase (eg. receipt, order number) and any relevant photos and information to our customer service team.

Any refunds will be processed using the original payment method when purchasing the products, please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process a refund.
