Returns Policy

 

We have a 30 days returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery day, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Due to changes in promotions, for orders without discount codes, we only support refunding the difference within 24 hours.

Please make sure you have a clear understanding of the shipping time and related product information. If the customer returns the goods for his own reasons after the order has been sent, we will charge a $5-10 order processing fee.

Due to the complexity of international transportation, please confirm the product information carefully before ordering. If it is not a product quality problem, we do not accept unreasonable returns and refund requests.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns:

To start a return, you can contact us at info@mor.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting will not be accepted.

You will also need to send us a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you decide to return an item, we will deduct a $5-10 restocking fee from the amount you have paid if there was no seller's fault.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if applicable):

For items that are wrong goods, defective or damaged, if your do not require return or exchange goods, you can communicate with us for a partial refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are wrong goods, defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@mor.com.au.

For smooth custom clearance for the UNIT Delivery, please pay attention to the below details: 

  1. You will be highly appreciated if you ship it via DHL or usps, rather than other express company.
  2. The description of the good is expected to be "Gifts"
  3. The invoice value is expected to be USD 20/PCS.
  4. Remove all the famous brand names on the package.
