An important update regarding the delivery of your order:

Due to the current COVID-19 climate and in the best interests of our team and customers, we have temporarily closed our Australian stores as of March 27th, 2020 until further notice.

With the closure of our stores, our warehouse team are working extremely hard to accommodate the increase in online orders. However, to ensure we comply with social distancing laws and provide a safe working environment for our team, our warehouse will be operating on restricted hours. As a result, order despatch times have been extended to a 3 to 5 day delay from our warehouse. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be updated via email with delivery details. Please note, that Australia Post is also experiencing issues during this challenging time, which is causing further delays.

These are certainly unprecedented times and we completely understand the needs our customers have for their goods.  Please bear with us as we work through this challenging time, as our aim is to have all customer orders on their way as soon as possible.

Australia eParcel

MOR has teamed with Australia Post E-Parcel delivery service – an online freight management system that services postage within Australia

The benefits of using eParcel it allows you to track the delivery status of your package online.

If no one is present when Australia Post attempts delivery, they will leave your consignment note in a safe place, or leave a calling card and make the consignment available for collection from a nearby Australia Post retail outlet.

The eParcel label also offers you a space for “Delivery Instructions” for special requirements

Consignment tracking and delivery signatures (Proof of Delivery or POD) are available from the Australia Posts eParcel tracking website or via their customer call centre 13 13 18
